The 2-Week Food Freedom Challenge

4 1-hour weekly sessions – Twice a week for the 2 weeks

Planning, tools, accountability, and encouragement to create real, sustainable change

  • Mindset and psychology to enhance confidence, control, and food freedom
  • Understanding how healthy living is highjacked by mixed messages
  • Identifying food triggers while thoughtfully considering and understanding food choices

100 Day Health Program
(The WILDERBODY Experience)

18 1-hour weekly sessions – Twice a week for the first 2 weeks and the last 2 weeks

Planning, tools, accountability, and encouragement to create real, sustainable change

  • Transforming relationships with food to enjoy a happy, healthy, energetic life
  • Moving beyond temporary, yo-yo diets and building sustainable healthy habits
  • Understand the impact of processed food choices and creating mindful eating patterns
  • Discovering what your body actually wants, needs, and likes to achieve overall well-being
